One to one Therapy
For anyone who hasn’t entered into therapy before, it can feel like a daunting experience.
Fears and expectations about being judged, not believed or heard and feeling vulnerable and exposed can stop people accessing therapy for years. Added to this, for many people, attending face to face carries additional worries such as bumping into the therapist outside of the therapy session or not being able to access the venue outside of office hours.
Online sessions offer flexibility around times as well as being accessible from anywhere in the country. At Counselling collective you can speak from anywhere that feels comfortable and safe for you with the knowledge that your sessions are confidential and with a therapist who will ensue that you feel fully heard and validated, providing you empathy in a reflective space as well as working together to gain understanding and insights to whatever issues you may choose to bring.
