Supervision and support

Supervision provides another set of eyes on caseloads as well as the impact on the professionals expected to deliver them. This is particularly important when working a stressful, pressurised environment, where vicarious trauma could become a factor. potentially leading to burn out, both physically, emotionally and psychologically.

Therapists at Counselling collective online have extensive experience in Clinical supervision working in both group a one to one sessions. Clients come from a range of backgrounds and professions including therapists, social workers, educational staff, medical practitioners, emergency services, crisis workers, foster carers and anyone who may be working around trauma.

If this isn’t quite what you are looking for we can offer therapeutic support sessions which may help you to explore particular problems from a therapeutic standpoint, but, without  the formality of supervision or the intensity and personal aspects of therapy. This can be useful as a one off session  allowing you to gain guidance in an independent setting.
